I have enjoyed living here in Village Green. This Townhouse is located in a great area on a separate entrance to village green. There are great views from patio and windows overlooking Iowa. There is plenty of parking and its the only area you can get to with out speed bumps. I am asking 35,000 for my unit which includes the $500 deposit, and is available now.

Front Room

Front room has new ceiling fan with multiple position switch for different speeds and brightness of light. Room if very spacious and has 2 ways halls one to kitchen and a door to backroom and another to dining room and stairway as shown in pictures. Front room is completely carpeted.

Kitchen & Dinning Room

The Kitchen comes with Fridge, stove, dishwasher, disposal, & exhaust fan. Kitchen has newer light fixtures and counter tops and tiled back splash. Dining room has new sliding glass door and ceiling fan. Both Kitchen and Dining area have bead board around the bottom half of the walls.

Upstairs Hallway & Stairs

The upstairs hallway has a nice linen closet and mirror. The stairs are carpeted.

The Second bedroom has a newer ceiling fan, blinds and curtain rod. The bed size in here is a Queen size bed and fits perfectly with room to walk around. The floors are the original wood floors. The Closet is massive with plenty of room for storage.

Bathroom has a newer Sink and Vanity, with plenty of drawers for storage. New Laminate tile flooring.

Back Room

In the back room there is a nice built in Cabinets and Closet, ceiling is finished and would be very easy to finish off to make into an extra usable room (rather then a storage room). This room houses the washer and dryer that is included in asking price. Sorry the pictures look so cluttered, I'm in the process of eliminating items in storage.
